Mr. Jose Norberto Saal with a BA in Architecture and Business Management certified by UM, is founder of TIR Prime Properties and currently serves as its CEO leading in the real estate brokerage, management, and development firm’s activities. Formerly, Mr. Saal has occupied director positions in Trust Investment Realty LLC and Chateau Group (former Abus LLC) from 1997 to 2005, leading real estate investment acquisitions and development. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Saal was involved in acquisition and development at Terra Group, a real estate development company. From 1996 to 2004, Jose N. Saal partnered with Lauris Boulanger Inc. in sales, acquisition and development of residential condominium, hotel, and office buildings. Through his experience, Mr. Saal brings to the board, experience in asset management, business and real estate development, strategic planning, project management, and leadership of complex real estate investment structures.
Mr. Saal’s work has resulted in more than four million square feet of new development in the South Florida market.

Mariano holds college degrees in Finance, Marketing, and a Master’s of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University. He consistently strives to research and educate himself to seek great opportunities with a long-term focus on relationships and business growth.
